Parmesan Asparagus Recipe

The recipe of the week is Parmesan Asparagus, which I also make allll the time, and it's so easy and delicious, I don't know why more people don't combine Parmesan and asparagus together!

Cooking Time: 10-15 mins

Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Parmesan (preferably grated)

Cooking Instructions
 Wash the asparagus and chop of the ends. Spread a piece of aluminum foil out and place the asparagus on the foil. Spread olive oil over the asparagus with a brush and try to cover them as much as possible. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fold up in foil. Put on BBQ or in oven for 10-20 mins, depending on how many asparagus you have. They're done when they are softer and starting to get a little brown or charred on the edges. Take them out of the foil and place them on a plate. While they're hot sprinkle the Parmesan on them and wait 5-10 minutes so it melts a bit, and enjoy!
